It’s about who you are being. Techniques don’t manifest anything—they’re just permission slips to step into your natural creative power.
The anxiety and doubt you feel? It’s not a sign to give up—it’s valuable feedback, a signal that something’s out of alignment. And alignment starts with trust: trust in yourself, in your desires, and in the process.
One Simple Shift to
Find Peace in the Process

When I first started, I was stuck in constant “doing” mode—affirming, visualizing, chasing the perfect method.
It only made it feel performative. Fear started to appear: if I stop for one day, I will not get my manifestation…
It wasn’t until I learned to simply be present that things started to change. Here’s the exercise I use anytime doubt or frustration creeps in:
- Pause and feel. Locate the tension or resistance in your body. Don’t fight it—just allow yourself to feel it fully.
What we resist, persists.
- Shift your focus to your breath. Breathe deeply and anchor yourself in the present moment. Repeat to yourself: “I am. I am.” Focus on your awareness of being.
This simple exercise brings you back to your core—your I AM—the awareness that creates your world. Manifesting doesn’t happen in the past or the future. It happens now.
