We can feel love and we can feel grateful, but these are not emotions - these are states. So how can we permanently dwell in these states so that we attract only that which is good and matches that vibration? How do we allow feeling good EVERY DAY? Let’s find out.

I hope that your weekend was as good as mine was! I visited my good friends and I had a blast with them, feeling very grateful and positively charged for this new week.
I want to leave you for today with the same vibe through this short message today.

Do you know that you only have ONE task in this life?
The task is to figure out how to feel good and only you can discover that because no two people have the exact same answer to this question. Only you know!
I know that many of us is waiting for the fulfilment of our desires to feel happy. We know that we won’t achieve lasting happiness before we fulfil our destiny.
The truth about the desires is that they are for you and are yours. Otherwise you would not so deeply feel the need to experience them.
You feel like you won’t be complete and fulfil your function until you accept the gift that is your desire.
But to receive is to accept, not to get.
What does it mean? It means that you cannot mess up your manifestations if you agree to accept that they are yours and you will experience them.

If you’re still confused about what I’m on about, it might be because you don’t know yet what you want in this life. And I believe that we won’t achieve lasting peace until we are honest with ourselves about what is that we truly want in this life.
✅ Don’t refine yourself. A heart wants what it wants.
✅ Your desires are not too big.
✅ You can have everything you desire, it’s for you if you want it.
When you know what you want, accept it and make sure to always prioritise your well-being and start feeling happy, peaceful, good and abundant now.
And if you still think you will be happy when you get the desires, ask yourself this: if I love somebody truly, would I want them to feel happy here and now or later?
Conditioning your happiness is an act of self-limitation. If you love yourself you want to give it to yourself here and now. And you can absolutely do this.
How to Feel Good Starting Today
✨ Ask yourself: what can I do to make myself feel better now? And then just do it. It can be small like a coffee to go, visualising your dream life in meditative state, a walk - whatever it may be. Ask yourself this consistently, everyday!
✨ Design the day that works for you: start the day positively, with your favourite tea, a book, journaling or something that sets the positive tone for the day. I wake up early before work so that I can spend this time on myself and not use this potent time on my employer. This means going to bed earlier too.

✨ Know that I AM, ground yourself in your awareness of being. This is your source of love and abundance and from there the love for your human self should flow. YOUR HUMAN NEEDS YOU ❤️
The journey is the destination.
It’s Not About the Techniques
Only you know what feels good to you so if your affirming or scripting feels like a chore - abandon this practice. Don’t look at it as something you have to do. Look at what feels good, so that you can embody the state of being instead.
