Hi, love,
I hope you're doing fabulous!
I've been on an energy high lately - creating a lot, moving fast, and riding the excitement.
Here’s what I’ve been up to:
- 🎧 New Nature Walk episode is out - I encourage you to go for a walk with me. We talk about quieting the mind and where real peace comes from. Head out to a forest (stay safe!) and let’s hang out.
- You may be interested in a new "Peace diaries" series I started on Tiktok and Instagram, where we talk about how to create and protect your peace in manifesting. I make these daily and share a bit of my life too.
- 🎥 I’m working on a new YouTube series about the mental diet that actually works - coming in September.
- ✨ Discounted coaching spots are coming soon! If you're on this list, you’ll be the first to know.
- 🧠 Last weekend, I dropped a new video on confirmation bias in manifesting - a powerful mechanism that can make or break your creations.
And now... I'm drained :)
Slow and sad days are actually awesome
These are the days no one really talks about - but you may know my drill a little bit by now and know that I want to be real with you.
When I left my IT job last December, I was both excited for what was ahead and completely exhausted from years of corporate work. It took a toll on me - mentally, emotionally, energetically.
This new path isn’t all sunshine either :)
There are good days and bad days - that will never change. But now, we’re learning how to handle them, see them for what they are, and welcome them.
There is no good and bad. There's right and right.
Bad days helps me slow down.
They ask me to reflect, sit with myself, and make space to process what life throws my way. They help me refuel and open up to new ideas, new creative channels.
These are days to:
- Be gentle with yourself.
- Spoil yourself a little.
- Rest - because if we don’t choose rest, our bodies will choose it for us (hello burnout, colds, etc).
They remind us that life is a game of surrender and acceptance - of yourself, your life, your world (which is all YOU).
So all I'm saying here is this:
When a subtle voice in your head tells you to slow down, stop for a while and recuperate - listen ❤️
All you want is for you anyway, so slowing down for a while and allowing yourself to just meet yourself where you are is your current task - one of many that bring you closer you your dream reality.
It is INEVITABLE.
And remember:
You are brave.
You are loved.
Be kind to yourself!
With Love,
Marta
