Lately, I've been thinking how our nervous system is so good at protecting us. Too good actually.
Whenever we try to do better, do more, improve ourselves, manifest things we want, at some point there's always a moment of doubt, second-guessing ourselves.
You know how you were so enthusiastic about starting a gym membership, only to find yourself procrastinating and finding reasons not to go after a few weeks when the novelty of it washed away.
Why does it do that?
The thing is, before we can change or manifest, your nervous system will fight you fiercely.
