I've been pondering about the past lately. There are some regrets I definitely have, but didn't allow myself to acknowledge and feel.
So once I forced myself to lean into the experience and finally admit that yes, I do indeed feel that, I won't pretend something that is true is not true, things started to shift for me.
This week, I talk about how to drop the past and start fresh, because this place is not only more free, but also, our manifestations seem to live there. (who would have thought)

If you're not manifesting what you want, it's probably because the past is still stuck in your body and your mind.
It leaves its traces as thoughts and emotions, in mind and body respectively.
And it's the reason we keep reacting the same to things and why nothing really changes.
All you need to know comes to you when you need to know it. If you're scared about losing your memories or your survival, that's a normal instinct.
But you're always safe, so you cannot really be harmed by your life.
