How do you raise your frequency?
You simply find a way to feel better. Not forever, but in the next moment.
Your emotions are the feedback communicating to you what your vibrational offering is.

We always know when we listen to ourselves, how to improve how we feel.
But sometimes we think we will only feel better when we get what we want. And that is where the trouble starts.
In this dual, fragmented world, desire also has a dual nature. The desire itself and the lack of it.
Ask yourself: which one do I feel more? Do I want it because it's exciting and it makes me feel good (feels like a purpose)? Or do I want it because where I am now feels terrible?
