I’m sending you plenty of positive energy, but if you’ve been feeling a bit down lately, I’ve got a little practice for you that will bring instant relief (shared below).

Anything you want is for you and here's how you get it:

  1. You ask (a desire appears).
  2. It is given (always).
  3. You offer the right vibration to be in alignment with your desire to receive it.

Because we live in a dual world, everything has a polar opposite.

When you have a desire, you can either be in a vibration that matches having it, or a vibration of lacking it.

If what you want isn't here yet, it’s because you are subconsciously offering a vibration that doesn't match your desire. Otherwise, it would already be here.

The manifestation community will tell you to think thoughts that raise your vibration.

Here is what not many people will tell you: you can think certain thoughts consciously, but they often offer a very short-lived vibration. That vibration is dominated by your body, which vibrates constantly - and usually at a much lower frequency.

WHY?

Because emotions are trapped within it.

Your heart’s "language" is emotion, and your heart’s electromagnetic field is 5,000 times stronger than that of your brain.

If your body is still "keeping the score" of old rejections, limitations, and traumas, it will overpower those few positive thoughts.

Now, don't stop the positive thinking! :) Always search for the good side of things and use your confirmation bias for your advantage.

But do add the body work to it, too.
