I am NOT okay - this is how I handle it

Hi my loves,

So last week, I sent you a little full moon pick-me-up. How did it go for you?

I'm still not back to my full self. I don't think I've ever felt this much doubt and panic arising within me. EVER.

And I don't usually follow astrology or moon phases, retrogrades and such - it's fun sometimes to follow or discuss but I'm not an avid believer or anything.

I just shared it because it felt big to me and then...

It hit me like a rock :)

I'm not back yet so let me keep this short today.

How do I handle this? Well, I tap (EFT tapping), I breathe (Breathe with Sandy on YT is my favourite), I sleep, I walk in the forest.

I let my thoughts be. Yes, I cry too.

The panic finds all of us in all the places - don't shame yourself if that's you now.

The fear comes up - what if by panicking now I'm giving the energy to the OLD STORY? - I let this thought be too.

Is this low vibe? What if this messes up my progress? My manifestations?

The ego is such a drama queen, I can't.

But always remember: you are the awareness of all this. Not the emotions. Not the thoughts. This is what shows up for you now. That's life now. And you're safe.
You are loved. You are love itself.

It's what's for me now and I know it serves me, too. This is expansion.
