Self-Love Letter Newsletter 💌

Hi my loves,

How're you doing in this pre-Christmas time?

I know this season of the year can feel intense. There’s often very little space for stillness or for collecting your thoughts.

In many ways, it can be helpful to simply be all in — letting yourself be carried by the company, the planning, the organising, the preparing. A bit of distraction isn’t always a bad thing.

And yet, for some of us, tension still builds as the year comes to a close. The quiet inventory begins: what we achieved, what flopped, what feels unfinished.

That pressure can show up in many ways — colds, arguments, digestive issues, heavy or tense atmospheres.

What accumulates energetically in our bodies eventually finds an outlet. The balance returns once we process and release what's been building up.

Whatever is happening for you right now (even if you didn’t ask for it), may be exactly what you need — even if it feels uncomfortable.

The truth is that we don't know what anything means.

It could be redirection. It could be a deliberate process meant to help you see things differently, more clearly. Or it could be here to exhaust you just enough so that you finally change where you invest your energy.

TRUST THAT. God is working through you.

There is what we know we know.
There is what we know we don’t know.
And then there is what we don’t know we don’t know.

Wait, what?

So if your current life — your physical world (the 3D), your circumstances — feels dreadful, unbearable, and you can’t wait for it to be over…

Pause.

And say to yourself: I don’t know what this means yet.

Lean into the here and now with full acceptance.

And if resistance shows up, accept the resistance too.

We don't resist it because it's unpleasant.
It's unpleasant because we resist it.

As always, I encourage you to approach yourself and your life (which is also yourself) with love and peace.

Remind yourself of your why. Why you’re doing all of this. Why you were chosen for your dream life — because it chose you.

And it wouldn’t have chosen you if you weren’t 100% capable of holding it and giving it expression in this world.

I speak more about how to ignore the 3D in the video I posted this week. You can watch it by following the link below:

>> How to *actually* leave the 3D alone <<

But the bottom line is this:

Your human eyes only ever see an approximation of what is here and now. They basically make things up. Enjoy the illusion. Or not.

Think of how, when you close your eyes — even in a completely dark room without any light source — your vision still expects images. So it creates patterns: geometric shapes, mandalas, splashes of light in the darkness. It’s quite silly, really.

Devote yourself to stillness. Stay devoted to the unseen.

It may be one of the hardest things you’ll ever do — and at the same time, the bravest and most worthwhile.

You've got this, friend!

Hit reply if you enjoyed this newsletter :) I'd love to hear some of your feedback x

And remember:

You are brave.

You are loved.

Be kind to yourself!
