You Are Not Your Thoughts

Let this email be a reminder: you are not your thoughts.

Pause for a moment. Observe your mind. Is it racing? Wandering? Simply notice. Accept that this is what minds do.

Then, shift your attention to what comes next—the silence. The stillness. The awareness that remains.

Always focus on the silent spaces between the thoughts. This is where the peace is hidden.

Don’t identify with them, they come and go but you’re always here, the I AM, your true Self.


Thoughts Aren’t Yours

Thoughts arise from the vast collective consciousness, shaped by your emotions, aligning with your state of being.

But they are not headlines you must believe. They are passing waves. You are the ocean.

Self-love is not controlling your thoughts. It’s letting them come and go without becoming them. And in doing so, you find the space beyond them—your true Self.

Next thing you know, even your doubtful thoughts have led you back to presence. To the awareness of being.

It’s that simple. And yet, its effects are profound.

You hold the key to your freedom as well as your bondage.
