To quote Littlefinger: "Chaos isn't a pit. Chaos is a ladder."
It offers new opportunities.
On one hand you want to rest and gather some energy before the spring comes, conserving your juices and avoiding making big decisions.
On the other, lots of going on—emotions stirring up within you. Maybe more doubt, maybe some bad news in your life or life of your loved ones. The energy is moving (emotions are energy in motion).
You've tried to live with more presence, allowing yourself to feel and regulate your nervous system.
But it also feels like chaos, like these emotional regulation methods are too weak to confine what's going on within you right now. And that's okay.
I'll tell you what's going on—you are shedding what no longer serves you. You're getting rid of the old stories and writing new ones.
You're becoming spiritually autonomous. What's left is presence. The real you (I AM).
You will no longer need external compasses—the one within is all you need.
Seeing right through your emotions, thoughts, feelings, sensations and perceptions.
And what's left is you—awareness.
My mentor Rori Raye (who reads this, so sending love, lady!) says:
Chaos is a creative force. A building force. You can either sink in it and let it consume you or embrace it and grow with it.

But my usual advice is this: embrace the stillness. Sleep more if you need to. Let yourself be bored. No noise, just now.
I'm jumping from app to app lately like a crazy person (nothing's going on there, it's the same clickbait social media that serves you a nothing burger to keep you scrolling because no content ever satisfies you, but I am currently falling for it a bit more than I am comfortable with).
Then I wake up with a mind racing, pushing me to check my phone only to repeat the same cycle again.
And I know what an empty mind feels in the morning, so I know what I'm missing lol
So set your boundaries with me and let's allow this stillness do its thing.
Nothing can stop this train if you allow yourself to feel. To be.
You're transforming. Soon all will be clear.
