Some say that you should soak yourself with the idea of having what you desire here and now and obsess with this idea. Brainwash yourself until you don't get affected by the contradictions of the 3D anymore.
Does this work?
For some, it might for sure.
But you know that I don't like any methods and techniques that make me feel like I'm fooling myself. I am all for authenticity and sustainable peace, not some of this delulu zone many try.
Obsession may sound cool, like passion - shows you're committed and convinced. It shows that you care. And it's beautiful.
People do it because they think it will speed up the manifestation of their wish in this physical world. But it's not how it works... and if often leaves them feel crazy.
And it's not fun in the long run because it obscures what really matters in this practice. And I talk more about this in this new video of the Nature Walks series (hoping to encourage you to pop out to nature too).

Instead of obsessing, approach your wants and needs from your true nature. You know you are the I AM having this temporary human experience. And when a need pops into your head, gracefully accept it and decide that it is yours from now on. Because you're divinely protected.
It may come easier after some practice and I finally created a video for that too - now you will know exactly what it means through experience. Last weekend I released guidance on what it means to rest in awareness. It's an important practice that is your foundation, your rock and your re-calibration point.
Starting with just 5 minutes a day and then slowly increasing it is what gives you the sense of peace and fulfilment - and I believe that nothing else can fulfil me more than this practice.
Start here and once you know the drill, continue on your own. Because this practice is your own and once you know how to really meditate, no guidance is needed anymore. Let the inner Self guide you.

This practice helps you never waver as much and ground yourself in your true nature of awareness.
